Lovely little and unique accommodation

Stunning setting adjacent to Bristol and the airport. Great gardens and views. - Good and brilliant food. - Close to the airport and staff. - Pleasant stay

The rooms were very nice and reasonably large. The early breakfast (from 6 o'clock) was limited, but good. Unfortunately parking to the reception quite a distance. Nevertheless, it is quite feasible.

The rooms facing the street were correspondingly loud.

The rooms are attractive and immaculate, the staff is kind.

The location is wonderful, right near food options and very convenient to reach the airport.

Perfect relaxation and even dinner served too my room, thank you so much.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely charming and so helpful, they definitely made our stay an excellent one. The hotel itself was superb, comfortable and delightfully welcoming.

The total stay was just perfect in September. My well-appointed and tastefully decorated room came with a big terrace outside. - Its location was incredible, close to the Bristol airport.

The staff are very friendly and the offer of a drink was a nice touch.

The car park is a long way from the front door with luggage in the rain. Shame the front car park is not available to customers.

The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was spotless

The hotel promised WiFi but did not have it. I booked this hotel specifically because I wanted WiFi. The hotel staff on duty (just one person was not able to help). There was a wired connection in the room but this was of limited use to me. The hotel doesn't feel like 4* - more like a B&B which is fine but not at £90 a night.

This boutique property is fabulous with accommodating service and incredibly welcoming staff. the unique, new-fashioned rooms offer amazing amenities. the location near great pubs like the Plough in Wrington and being in the center of Bristol adds to the excellent experience.

The location and the indoor swimming pool were great. The room was comfortable and of a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was not quite right and it is very minor, is that the sink in the bathroom had no facility to keep hot water in the basin for shaving so had to have a fairly cold shave.

A delightful, friendly, old-world hotel. Nicely furnished with both antique and modern trimmings. A million miles away from the anonymous, characterless chain hotels I often have the misfortune to stay in.
